Ingredients:
Tofu 250g, one egg, green onion, ginger, 1/4 tbs. salt, cornstarch or flour, soy sauce
Directions:
1. Cut the tofu into triangles or cubes as desired.
2. Add salt, cornstarch and soy sauce in a bowl with tofu. Wait for 10 minutes.
3. Roll the tofu in the cornstarch or flour, then dip into the Beaten eggs. Heat wok and add oil for deep frying. When the oil is heated to at least 350 degrees F., carefully add tofu pieces into the wok. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden on both sides. Put them on a plate.
4. Add chopped green onion and ginger to the wok.
5. Add tofu, salt and some water.
6. Use low heat, cook until the sauce thickens
